As the unofficial Austin welcome committee, I must warn you about the weather. It’s that time of year where we get 40- degree temp shifts and pop-up showers.

You’ll be fine through Friday, although the nights will be chilly. Take a jacket.

Watch out on Saturday because its’ going to get nasty. Trust me, I’ve stood in cold wet lines at SXSW and it can put a damper on your party. Best bet is to be a total dork, and get a local forecast before you head out.
